Business Hours

Business hours are Monday-Friday 9 am-4 pm, I am closed weekends and Canadian holidays. Although I am normally working during these hours, I am not always working at the computer. On days when I am not working at the computer e-mails will be checked and orders processed at least once during that day.   Please read below under "Delivery of Designs" for more information. Any orders received after 4 pm on Friday will not be processed until 9 am Monday morning. (Tuesday, if Monday is a holiday, etc.) Family time is important, thank you for you understanding.

Delivery of Designs

Designs are available via electronic delivery (e-mail) but are also available on CD format. Delivery of designs is FREE for both electronic delivery and mailed CD. However, in order to receive your designs on a CD, the CD must be purchased in addition to your embroidery designs.

When you have successfully ordered a design, you will immediately receive a conformation of your order via e-mail from PayPal.
Your order will be sent to you as an e-mail attachment within 12-24 hours after your payment is processed (usually much sooner). If you have not received your design after 24 hours, please check your spam/bulk folder and contact me..
Note: Deliveries will not normally be made on weekends. Any orders placed after 4 pm on Friday will be delivered after 9 am Monday.

Purchasing Designs

All prices are in US dollars.

Purchases are made through PayPal’s secure shopping cart and checkout. You can use major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) or your PayPal account for your purchases; you do not require a PayPal account to purchase designs.

To place an order, navigate to the page with the item you want to order. Click on the drop down menu to select the format you require and then click on the “add to cart” button. A new page will open with your shopping cart.   Check to see that the correct machine format has been selected under the “options” column. Repeat the process until you have everything you want into the shopping cart then, click "Checkout". You will be transferred to PayPal where you will select your payment method as well as the correct billing address.

Note: for payments made with e-check, designs will not be sent until the check has cleared. Depending on your bank this can take from 2-10 days.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the electronic nature of my designs I am not able to offer refunds.   Please read item descriptions carefully and ensure that the designs are suitable in size and format for your machine prior to purchasing. I do provide free technical support by email if you encounter any problems in receiving your order.
